This website is operated by ACDV, a sole proprietorship based in Warsaw, Poland ("Soterel", "we"), the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@soterel.com.
Only your email address, and only if you sign up to hear when Soterel launches. We also keep the date and time of your sign-up and your confirmation, so we can show that you agreed. Our newsletter provider may record technical details of the sign-up, such as your IP address and browser. If tracking is switched on, it also records whether you open or click our emails.
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It reports page views, the referring site, country, browser and device type. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation.
These providers act on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.
Until you unsubscribe, or until we stop sending updates. After that we delete your address, apart from a minimal record that you unsubscribed, which we keep so we do not contact you again.
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these, or to unsubscribe, use the link in any email or write to hello@soterel.com.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
